- Ensure all packaging follows hotel standards for hygiene, quality, and presentation.
- Label products accurately with product name, price, and expiration dates.
- Assist in inventory management of packaging materials and supplies.
- Check finished products for quality before packing and report any defects or damages.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the packaging area at all times.
- Follow food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Coordinate with bakers, kitchen staff, and service team for timely delivery of products.
- Support in preparing bulk orders or special packaging for events and functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate (vocational course in Food & Beverage or related field is an advantage). <...
