Packaging audit process to review Call Part Materials and generate the PSS according to RON-435. (Standard packaging, weight, quantity, etc.) Weigh Packaging Audit for the PWC parts and confirm the weigh total packaging.

• Define with the packaging engineer, packaging coordinator the scope of work (timeline, milestones and priorities of suppliers and part numbers)
• Follow the Master Data Error Dashboard to get all the part numbers, that needs to review due to inconsistencies information
• Priority part numbers audit, according the Fill Rate Project or New Projects, to obtain the packaging information
• Create the plan audit and database to report all the data
• Establish a weekly governance with the key players to review the audit results of the audits
• After the Governance, define the create PSS and upload information in SAP Results Documentation
