The Packaging Planning Manager is responsible for ensuring 100% on‑time delivery of packaging material at the destination where it is needed, developing replenishment and stocking plans for short- and long-term needs for fresh berries across Mexico. The spend is approximately $100 M annually.
Responsibilities Weekly meeting with Fruit Master Planners to track forecast changes and align replenishment plans, with daily follow‑up. Weekly meetings with External Buyers to align operations to Driscoll’s priorities and daily review with Warehouse and Distribution Center Managers, with daily follow‑ups. Support Latam Packaging Planner with process improvement initiatives (DSA Chile & Perú) and supply from Mexico when needed; understand differences between business models and country-specific challenges.
