Packaging Specialist

We are establishing a new Greenfield manufacturing facility in Tlaxcala, Mexico, which will serve as a flagship site within our network. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a Packaging Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the development, quality, and performance of packaging materials used in the operation.

Lead the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of packaging specifications, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, operational, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain critical‑to‑quality (CTQ) packaging standards in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers, ensuring packaging performance meets business needs. Establish and execute packaging inspection plans to verify compliance of incoming materials with defined specifications, identifying non‑conformities and ensuring timely resolution.
