About the Opportunity
The Packaging Services Specialist provides technical expertise, leadership, and first-line supervision of packaging projects. The role manages packaging projects in packaging development to support innovation, cost improvements, and technical manufacturing packaging. The specialist delivers directive and specialized knowledge to support company business goals.
Critical Success Factors
- Lead technical development and execute packaging development stages by designing and conducting qualification and validation trials for all new products in support of innovation or new product initiatives.
- Work with Manufacturing to resolve material and equipment performance problems; provide recommendations to enable successful project delivery.
