Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a management plan for projects and ensure budgets and timelines are met
- Collaborate and communicate with all relevant departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, etc.) to ensure projects are completed within scope
- Guide a team of Packaging Engineers
- Oversee stock item master, ensuring descriptions and stock numbers are consistent across the company
- Act as technical support to the brand of packers in Canada, the USA, and Mexico in the area of packaging design
- Supervise all NPD activities and packaging component updates
