Packaging Engineer 1

The Packaging Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and qualification of manufactured components used in the Skyworks products.

• Create documentation for packaging team using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Communicate with BU regarding requests for documentation and designs.
• Stay up to date with Skyworks Packaging design rules.

• BS degree in the area of Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
• Good written communication in English language, the ability to work effectively with other members of the product development team.
• General knowledge and skills in use of all MS Office software and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of semiconductor components.

• AutoCAD or other CAD tools.
• English Read 80%/ Write 80%/ Talk 60%
