Package Development Engineer – Validation & Process

Allegro MicroSystems in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Development Engineer to support validation and characterization of new products. This entry-level role works under direct supervision to execute test plans, collect data and perform basic analysis, building a foundation in core product and test engineering.

You will contribute to process set-up, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure quality and reliability.
