Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application to meet the client's business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct business analysis and requirement mapping to identify client needs and develop functional design documents that meet those needs.
- Plan master data preparation and perform upgrade assessments to ensure successful implementation of the Dynamics 365 application.
- Develop end-user manuals and conduct end-user training to ensure clients can effectively utilize the Dynamics 365 application.
- Validate developed requirements, perform acceptance testing, and demonstrate out-of-box features to ensure solutions meet client needs.
