Outside Sales Representative (Tijuana)

Overview

This Outside Sales position is based in Tijuana. Compensation up to $1,500 USD per month (dependent on experience) plus commission and bonus. Southland Polymers, a US company based in Los Angeles, California, has been distributing plastic to maquiladoras for more than 47 years. This position covers Baja California; including Tijuana, Tecate, Mexicali, Ensenada, and other areas in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new customers
• Manage existing accounts
• Visit customers in Baja

Qualifications

• Effective negotiation skills
• CRM/MS Office knowledge
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Willing to travel as needed; some overnight travel may be required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car
• Ability to acquire USA/Mexico visa or Sentry Pass within a reasonable amount of time
