Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the client portfolio, ensuring the achievement of sales and gross profit targets.
- Map, create and convert new business opportunities.
- Provide consultative service, including collecting briefs, sending pricing, samples, and documentation.
- Plan commercial visits and monitor portfolio growth indicators (KPIs).
- Support Inside Sales Executives in client relationship management and the execution of commercial strategies.
- Properly complete reports in the CRM for management tracking.
Requirements
- Reside in Porto Alegre or in locations with easy access to the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Commercial and/or technical experience in the personal care and formulations market.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and ERP systems.
- Intermediate level of English.
