- Support our Specialist and Sales team with Rockwell Automation and Encompassing partner products.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers in the electrical, electronics, and instrumentation fields.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their automation needs.
- Obtain orders/quotation requests through Dynamics 365, telephone calls, and the inside sales team.
- Follow up on written quotations to secure orders or understand reasons for loss of order.
