Full‑time, permanent. Role involves helping client with growth and corporate engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a high‑conversion pipeline of veterans, active duty, and reservists interested in retraining.
• Conduct direct outreach through military and veteran communities, transition units, bases, legions, and professional associations.
• Attend in‑person recruiting events, military transition events, career fairs, and partner meetings.
• Develop referral channels with veteran‑serving organizations and military support ecosystems.
• Manage and integrate social media outreach, Google ads and email drip campaigns.
• Strengthen relationships with military transition stakeholders, veteran groups, reserve units, and community partners.
