Outpatient Coding Trainer & Coach (ED/SDS/OBS)

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Outpatient (OP) Coding Trainer to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for outpatient coders, with emphasis on Emergency Department (ED), Same Day Surgery (SDS), and Observation (OBS) coding.

The ideal candidate holds CPC and COC, has 5+ years of OP coding experience (ED/SDS/OBS), and a minimum of 2 years as a Coding Trainer or Learning & Development specialist, plus strong coaching and presentation skills.
