Roles & Responsibilities
Salary: $4,000
Working hours: 6 days, 10hr per day / Flexible shift
Location: Clarke Quay
- Oversee daily outlet operations and team scheduling
- Drive sales and manage customer satisfaction
- Ensure hygiene, food quality, and service standards are met
- Handle stock orders, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Train and manage junior staff and performance reviews
- Report directly to Area Manager/Operations Head
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory F&B role
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with POS and basic Excel reporting
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Experience with Halal F&B operations is an added advantage.
