- Operational Excellence: Oversee the total daily operations of the outlet, ensuring every aspect meets Santan’s gold standards for speed and quality.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor the Assistant Manager and Crew, building a high‑performing team and grooming future leaders.
- Master Scheduling: Oversee and approve team schedules, ensuring they are fair, optimized for peak periods, and strictly compliant with the Labor Act.
- High‑Level Inventory: Maintain inventory integrity, ensuring perfect stock levels through accurate forecasting and proactive waste management.
- Financial Management (P&L)
