The Outlet Assistant Manager plays a key operational role on the floor, supervising service teams, maintaining standards, and ensuring an efficient workflow throughout service periods.
This role contributes to the outlet’s success by ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, supporting team development, and maintaining a positive and organized work environment.
