Responsibilities:

• Assembly and disassembly of injection moulding tools.
• Analyse injection moulding tools and independently decide on further action.
• Carry out maintenance work on injection moulding tools (cleaning, repairing and correcting).
• Manufacture spare and wear parts for injection moulding tools.
• Manufacture mould inserts and individual components for existing or new tools.
• Process technical changes.
• Perform work mostly in the thousandth range.
• Collaborate technically on various projects around optimisations and innovations.
• Perform conventional work (drilling, milling, turning, surface grinding & laser welding).
• Communicate and meet deadlines.
• Ensure part quality and quantity when performing tasks.
• Independently decide whether a tool is production‑ready and bear responsibility.
