Outbound Team Lead: US Growth & Performance Coach

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an Outbound Team Lead to steer a high-performing outbound sales team focused on the US market. You will oversee SDRs and Lead Harvesters, drive outbound performance, ensure outreach quality, and hit team KPIs.

The role requires hands-on prospecting expertise, leadership ability, and proficiency with sales tools. A 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PH time schedule is expected, with opportunities to coach and scale the team.
