Role Overview
We are looking for an Outbound SDR to drive pipeline generation and book qualified meetings through structured outbound campaigns. This role is focused on execution and performance - managing outreach campaigns, engaging prospects, and converting conversations into booked meetings. Rate: $8-$12. Working hours: UKT time zone | Part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Apollo outbound sequences
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, prospect engagement, and follow-ups
- Write and optimise cold email campaigns (including A/B testing)
- Conduct cold calling where appropriate
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects
- Book meetings with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
- Support outreach infrastructure, including multi-domain sending and deliverability (where relevant)
