Outbound Sales Specialist

Woolworths MarketPlus (WMP) is scaling its seller acquisition capability to support rapid marketplace growth.

As an Outbound Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for engaging prospective sellers from strategic lead lists provided by the Head of Sales, converting them into active marketplace partners. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role suited to individuals who are disciplined, resilient, and motivated by achieving clear sales outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Engage with prospective sellers from pre-qualified lead lists
• Clearly articulate the WMP marketplace value proposition

Lead Qualification & Conversion

• Assess seller suitability across category, range and operational readiness
• Progress qualified sellers through to sign-up
• Manage follow-ups and objection handling to drive conversion
