Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, previous customers, and prospective clients to discuss available cruise options and leave voice messages.
• Educate clients on cruise packages, itineraries, and current promotions to match their needs and interests.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
