Job Overview

Sales Associate – Remote (EMEA) – responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and booking sales opportunities with prospective customers for Remote’s Global HR Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and engage prospective customers.
  • Source and qualify outbound leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
  • Book qualified appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition, assess customer needs, and determine fit.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team, including hand‑off of qualified prospects.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated by external sources.
  • Research key decision makers, gather business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
