Role
We’re hiring a Senior Outbound Growth Operations profile to build and run our outbound sales machine, from lead generation to booked discovery.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation strategy and roadmap:
- Define what we build next, why it matters, and how we measure it.
- Translate GTM needs into concrete initiatives, prioritize and own execution.
- Lead gen database & tech stack:
- Co‑own the data lake (Snowflake) and operations for company & contact data: definitions, required fields, formatting rules, dedupe logic, documentation and monitoring.
- Evaluate, select, and implement enrichment tools. Define enrichment rules, monitor coverage and accuracy, and implement improvements.
- Own part of the prospection tech stack (SQL, low‑code & AI) and its integrations with Salesforce, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.
