OTC Analyst (Medellín)

Mission

The mission of the OTC Analyst is to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the Order to Cash process by proactively managing customer accounts, facilitating timely collections, and resolving disputes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support the company’s financial objectives and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer invoice uploads, statuses, and troubleshoot issues with portals.
• Collect payments from national and/or international accounts to mitigate risk, uncover trends, and determine and report on adverse risk exposure.
• Maintain and update customers' accounting accounts, monitor and close process gaps, and escalates to the OTC Leader when necessary.
• Perform reconciliations of assigned customer accounts to determine actual balances of their accounts receivable.
