Oshawa Computer Network Technician Opportunity

We are searching for a Computer Network Technician dedicated to delivering exceptional client support in a hybrid setup. Work from Oshawa while addressing technical support needs.
In this role, you will act as the first contact for technical service requests and will be responsible for triaging and completing Tier 1 support requests. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years in a technical role, along with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
