Organizational Effectiveness Partner – Barcelona (Hybrid)

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, you will primarily support Learning & Development projects while also contributing to broader Talent Management programs and organizational effectiveness efforts.

• Design and coordinate engaging learning and development experiences that align with business priorities and support employee growth.
• Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and development programs for employees and managers across the organization.
