Organizational Development Leader: Culture & Change

Our Clients is looking for an OD Manager to lead development initiatives aimed at improving structure, capability, engagement, and overall business effectiveness. The ideal candidate will design OD programs related to organization structure, culture, and change management, partnering with business and HR leaders to identify needs and implementing effective solutions.

Applicants should have 7–10 years in HR/OD, with strong qualifications in organization development and talent management. This full-time position requires onsite work in Pasig.
