Mission

As an Organizational Coach you will be a key driver of the company's organisational transformation journey, using a systemic mindset, strong influencing skills, and empathy to scale processes, culture, and team autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the CEO.
• Actively contribute to the company's organisational design and structure.
• Define and execute the organisational improvement strategy aligned with the business, technology and departmental objectives.
• Provide methodological support for strategic and tactical planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and product & technology.
