Overview of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management leader to help define and implement how Platform manages change at scale. This role will design and embed an approach to understand and manage the cumulative impact of change across Platform initiatives, operating at a system level across multiple teams and programs.

Scope of Work

The contractor will shape the strategy, design the model, and implement it within current planning, prioritization, and delivery processes and tools. The goal is to create a practical, sustainable approach that can run after the engagement ends.
