Your New Role
As a Change Analyst/Associate, you will work directly with our clients across all areas of Change Management to deliver high quality outcomes. As this is a junior role, you will work closely with more senior team members on client engagements. Each engagement is different, but typical responsibilities of a Change Analyst/Associate include:
- Analysing a client's business particularly where there is a potential impact from change
- Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
- Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
- Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
