Job Overview We’re hiring an Organisation Development Consultant for our Octave team. The Organisation Development Consultant plays a critical role in shaping leadership, culture, and organisational capability across the assigned territory. Reporting into the Global OD team, this role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Learning & Development teams to deliver integrated OD and talent solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities
Partner with regional leaders and HR on the delivery of OD and talent strategies that drive business performance and cultural alignment.
