Operating as an internal Human Capital project manager and advisor, the role works across business units to translate people strategy into practical solutions, aligning organisational design and people initiatives with our business goals. It requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities to turn business needs into scalable organisational improvements, enhancing performance culture, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
