Overview
Perform day‑to‑day business administration and back‑office activities related to Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. Execute orders by registering, issuing, monitoring and following up Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Service Orders within existing guidelines and policies, collaborating with internal peers and external stakeholders at customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Processing standard SAP transactions: Order Entry, Order processing (1), Change, Closure, Billing and proper cost allocation.
- Validating order packs and confirmations.
- Performing operational processing and coordination, following up on delivery status of purchase orders and updating relevant IT tools.
- Guaranteeing reliable and timely realization of Sales Orders, including written and/or verbal communication with stakeholders on changes, issues and escalations.
