Order Processing Specialist (12 Months Contract) #JRP

We are hiring the headcount under Recruit Express.

• Process customer orders and update order details in the system.
• Respond to customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, factories, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on payments, shipments, and order-related issues.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related studies.
• Experience in order processing, shipping operations support is an advantage.
