Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Order Processing Customer Service Executive to support daily customer orders, sales coordination, and logistics follow‑ups. The role acts as a key link between customers, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately receive, verify, and process customer purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Enter sales orders and customer requests into internal systems such as SAP, ERP, CRM, or WMS to maintain updated records
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery updates to enhance customer satisfaction
