Order Processing Coordinator (12 Months Contract) #JRP

• Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Process sales orders, customer records, and order amendments in the system.
• Coordinate with customers, factories, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment.
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and support Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
• Monitor order status, payments, claims, and sales reports while providing timely updates to stakeholders.

• Diploma in business or related fields
