The Order Management team is composed of approximately 15 individuals across the globe, strategically placed to cover worldwide support.
The team is a combination of a highly diverse set of professionals with a mix of experience in customer support, sales ops, and order management in the IT world.
We have proudly motivated changes to help improve the order process cycle and SLA's.
Our goal is to continue driving an excellent order management model for our sales teams while driving productivity through continuous improvement in processes and responsibilities managed by our team.
