Job Scope 1: Order Management Manager (40%)
- Lead and manage the order management team, including training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from order entry and validation to invoicing and delivery.
- Partner with sales, logistics, supply chain, and finance to resolve order issues and improve workflows.
- Drive process improvements and automation in order processing systems.
- Support audits, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements.
