Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on IBM Sterling OMS Developer with 4–7 years of experience in designing, customizing, and supporting IBM Sterling Order Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core OMS modules, Next Generation Call Center, and Order Hub, along with experience in Java-based customizations, integrations, and microservices in an omni-channel retail/eCommerce environment.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of OMS features—from estimation and design to development, deployment, and production support—working closely with business, product, and cross-functional IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.
- Design and maintain detailed technical architecture documentation across a multi brand, multi-region Omni-channel environment
