Job Description

As a member of the customer-facing team, you will provide premier service to assigned accounts through proactive order management from receipt to delivery. You will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders and teams to ensure best‑in‑class results and customer satisfaction.

How will you create impact?

  • Manage customer orders within 48 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key customer dates (e.g., RAD, MABD).
  • Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Utilize SAP and third‑party systems to navigate and research order execution and data.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to mitigate non‑compliance charges.
  • Administer the quote process and maintain regular dialogue with Credit, Sales, and Logistics teams to prevent order‑to‑cash hurdles.
