Order Management Representative (Tijuana)

Based on specialized technical knowledge of company’s products (goods and/or services) acts as the customer’s contact regarding billing, warranty services, product specifications as well as scheduled shipping and shipping information.

• Enters timely and accurate orders according to departmental standard work procedures using Order Management Software and SAP.
• Reviews incoming orders for all special requirements such as terms and conditions, special pricing, quotes, etc; as they are received.
