Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Order Management Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records. Duties also include handling customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
