Description
Responsible for Customer Service activities including Order Management for LATAM Customers, always ensuring a successful distribution process and immediate resolution of incidents that occur from order entry to delivery.
Management of incoming purchase orders from assigned customers, from their correct entry into the system, price validation, appointment scheduling, stock availability verification and creation of delivery notes, followed by clear delivery instructions for the logistics department, detailing any special customer requirements.
Coordination with the Logistics department to ensure that the product is delivered on time and in perfect condition, always following the established process.
Close monitoring of each stage of the process with the aim of ensuring that all quality, time and execution parameters are met and the objective is achieved.
