Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end order management operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service reliability
- Take ownership of stabilising and enhancing processes within a newly set-up shared services environment
- Manage order confirmations and system exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
- Monitor daily operations, proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and urgent issues
- Act as the key coordination point between business, supply chain, and regional stakeholders
- Drive adherence to SOPs while contributing to process design, standardisation, and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to scale operations effectively
- Support or participate in migration and knowledge transfer activities as part of the shared services setup
