Order Management & Customer Relations Coordinator

• Responsible for providing sales support and handling order management cycle for existing accounts.
• The responsibilities will include following up for the orders, providing order acknowledgement to the customers, Raising Purchase requisition, arranging shipments for the customers, following up for the payment and liaising with the team members and internal stakeholders in Singapore.
• Provide excellent customer service and prompt response to customer queries.
• Be an integral part of the team and work closely with the team members located in India as well as Singapore.
• Be active and provide efficient support to Field sales team members in effective customer account management.
