Order Management Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Order Management team. This role will support regional order processing activities by coordinating order submissions, consolidating information from multiple countries, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring smooth execution from order request through to purchase order creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order List Distribution Prepare and send the order list to all relevant countries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all stakeholders receive the necessary information to initiate their ordering process.

2. Follow-Up on Country Replies Monitor and follow up with country representatives to ensure responses to the order list are received within the stipulated timeline.
