Order Management And Production Coordinator (Tijuana)

Reporting to the Global Order Management PMO - is a key role within the functioning of the Production department.

The role will cover both general production administration duties and order processing duties.

• Effectively manage the Order Process Team to ensure all reports and information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure the production dashboard is updated on a daily basis and any potential issues are communicated to the Production Team
• Ensure that the open order report is maintained and updated accordingly
• Using open order reports ensure correct sequence of orders, locate orders in production and expedite as necessary
• Working with all departments and systems ensure all orders are processed efficiently, including cancellations, missing and late
