Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and product information in internal systems
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and maintain proper records and documentation
- Support payment follow-up and coordinate local and export shipment arrangements
- Assist with customer claims and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Generate and maintain reports to support sales and operational activities
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
