Role Overview
The Order Fulfilment Executive is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed, delivered, and invoiced efficiently and accurately. This role is critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and requires close collaboration with internal teams including Sales, Sales Support, Product, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process customer sales orders, ensuring all details are reviewed and verifiedManage order processing through CRM and internal systemsMonitor open orders, track progress, and provide timely updates to account managers and customersCoordinate the delivery and installation of services for customersIdentify and resolve any issues related to order fulfilment or service deliveryProvide administrative support across the business when requiredManage and respond to requests within a centralised inbox
